Purpose
- Primary purpose is to sell MarketLab's manufactured products to a distributor network.
- Concentrate on building new relationships with distributors and continue strong relationships with current partners.
- Coordinate with the MarketLab Product Development Manager and Marketing Department to create marketing collateral designed specifically for distributors.
- Lead the MarketLab co-op program for its suppliers.
Education and/or Experience
- At least six years of selling experience representing a manufacturer to a network of dealers. Healthcare industry experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing or general business required or equivalent experience.
- Extensive experience in working with distributors and product managers.
- Demonstrated success in problem solving, accomplished in achieving goals in spite of barriers or difficulties
- Energetic and self-motivated in generating sales, supporting company growth and increasing company's market share.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop a distributor network strategy and a target list.
- Present a distribution proposal to targets and work to close agreements.
- Conduct follow up as appropriate to service the distributor.
- Develop a co-op presentation for suppliers and create collateral for the presentation.
- Develop a communication plan for the suppliers to keep them well informed about the marketing value MarketLab is bringing them week in and week out.

- Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in an analytical field (Computer Science, Statistics, Business Administration, Marketing, Mathematics, etc)
- 3+ years of experience as a Marketing Analyst, Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or Database Marketing Analyst in a direct response environment.
- Advanced PC skills utilizing MS Office software with extensive Excel experience and strong database skills.
- Proficiency in statistical software to support data collection and analysis (preferably SPSS).
- Strong data analysis and report writing skills. Ability to interpret verbal communication / problems and translate into actionable marketing data.
- High degree of initiative and independent judgment.

- Collects and analyzes data to support the marketing and business strategy efforts for customer acquisition and retention programs.
- Leverages database to develop clear and actionable insights on new and existing customer behavior.

Responsible for implementation, administration, maintenance and support of the company's database technology with a focus on MS SQL Server. The database administrator (DBA) will provide operational support of SQL databases, monitor server usage and performance, troubleshoot interruptions, work with vendors to resolve problems and improve performance.
Education and/or Experience
- BS in computer science
- 5 years experience supporting MS SQL databases in production environment
- Demonstrated experience with SQL Server 2005 Analysis services
- Demonstrated experience with ETL , MDX queries and SSIS
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Designs backup and recovery solutions to ensure integrity of all database data
- Develops and automates monitoring and administrative tasks
- Monitors and troubleshoots existing data integration processes
- Uses SSIS and Scribe Insight Manager to manage data import/integration and ensure integrity of the data
- Monitors and troubleshoots existing data warehouse and SQL Analysis services
- Reviews data for integrity and work with application developers as needed
- Develops new OLAP cubes for reporting
- Architects and implements SQL server solutions for a fast growing company

- Communicate with suppliers to obtain product or service information such as price, availability and delivery schedule.
- Respond to the various departments within the company who may need information regarding suppliers, products, deliveries, etc.
- Facilitate initial supplier set-up, i.e. Contacting supplier to return forms, collect W-9 forms and having them added to our system.
- Responsible for obtaining shipping dimensions and weights on all new products; input data in Solomon database.
