1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by check (U.S. currency only), Purchase Order (U.S. and Canadian billing addreses only), Smart Pay, or the following credit cards: Discover, Visa, MasterCard, American Express.

2. What are your terms for invoicing?
All MarketLab invoices are net 30 days.

3. What are your shipping and handling policies?
MarketLab makes every effort to provide accurate shipping and handling rates, however final charges depend on quantities and package size. Packages are normally shipped via FedEx or UPS Ground within 24 hours and require a street address (no P.O. boxes). Priority shipping is available upon request. 4. Is there a minimum order amount?
Orders placed outside the U.S. or Canada are subject to a $500 minimum order amount. For orders within the U.S. or Canada, there is no minimum. For more details, please contact Customer Care at 1-800-237-3604 or mrktlab@MarketLabInc.com.

5. What are your policies regarding web orders on account?
New customers are subject to credit checks and will be contacted within 1 business day regarding their account.

6. What is your tax ID number?
Our tax ID number is 38-3147838.

7. How do I get a shipping and handling quote?
Contact Customer Care by phone (1-800-237-3604) or email (mrktlab@MarketLabInc.com) and provide them with the items you need. They will get a quote out to you as soon as possible.

8. How can I obtain proof of delivery?
To obtain proof of delivery contact Customer Care at 1-800-237-3604 or mrktlab@MarketLabInc.com to receive a P.O.D. or tracking number.

9. What are your policies regarding freight shipments?
All outgoing freight delivery from MarketLab’s warehouse is made by ABF. If you have a receiving dock, your shipment will be unloaded on the dock. Companies without a loading dock must notify MarketLab at the time their order is placed. Additional charges will be incurred for both inside delivery and lift gate services.

10. What are your warranty policies?
The goods sold on this website are sold without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, by MarketLab its employees, or agents. The implied warranty of merchantability, the implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, and all other implied warranties are hereby specifically disclaimed and excluded by MarketLab. MarketLab shall not be liable for consequential damages resulting from the breach of any warranty either expressed or implied. MarketLab’s agents have no authority to give warranties that exceed that listed, if any, in MarketLab contracts. Nothing contained in this disclaimer shall be read to affect buyer’s rights concerning the manufacturer or any other seller of the goods offered on this website.

11. Why was I charged tax on my order?
All Florida, Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio orders will be charged tax on both products and shipping and handling. If your facility is tax-exempt, we need documentation (certificate of exemption) to process your order exempt of tax. Call our Accounting Team at 1-800-237-3604 and select option 5 for more information.

12. Why didn’t I get my whole order?
For your convenience, we ship partial orders if the entire order is not stocked. Back-ordered items will be shipped as soon as possible. At your request, we will hold an order until it is complete.

13. What is your return policy?

14. Do you give special pricing to government hospitals?
All of our pricing is open market. However, please feel free to contact us at 1-800-237-3604 or mrktlab@MarketLabInc.com for a quote if you will be ordering in large quantities.

There are two easy ways for you to request a sample. Call 1-800-237-3604 or go online to our Sample Center page. When browsing through our site or catalogs, be sure to look for the SAMPLE icon.

MarketLab currently has one distribution location at our corporate headquarters in Caledonia, MI.
