Operations
From catalog creation to order placement, our business and distribution operations work hand-in-hand at our newly expanded corporate headquarters located near Grand Rapids, Michigan.
We maintain inventory on most cataloged items to optimize order fulfillment and also have a full in-house marketing department charged with creating our catalogs, promotional materials, and our website.
Most importantly, we have a full Customer Care call center staffed with friendly and knowledgeable representatives who help customers make the best purchase decision.
No Placement Fees
Unlike others, MarketLab does not charge you to be in the catalog or on our website. When we approve a product, we cover the entire up-front investment to place it in the catalog.
